But they didn’t stop there. I interviewed a number of real estate agents before selecting Michelle Schipper. I chose to work with her for a variety of important reasons. First, I met with one of her prior customers who praised her honesty, skill and dedication. Secondly, she listened to my needs and was always available when I had a question. Lastly, she gave me good suggestions on how I should prepare my home to maximize its selling price. Michelle said that since I had an older home, it would be helpful to have a pre-home inspection. A mold problem was detected in the basement, consequently; I was able to correct this problem before I put my home on the market. In addition, she gave me some good low cost decorating suggestions on how to highlight some of the main rooms in the house.

Through consultation and documentation on homes sold in my neighbourhood, we determined a price for my North York home. Michelle took digital pictures of my home. She advertised my home on the MLS system with a virtual tour. She made up a 4-page feature sheet with coloured pictures, she arraned an open house and sent out flyers to homes in the neighbourhood. Results: I sold my home 3 days after it went on the market and it sold for 99% of the asking price.

Michelle also assisted me in my purchase of a new home and since the new house will not be ready for a year, she is also helping me find rental accomodation. Even after the major sales were completed, Michelle has continued to follow through on all the small details. I know that in the future when I need another real estate agent I will call her.

I am a satisfied customer and I would recommend Michelle Schipper to anyone who is looking for a committed professional who can provide both service and results.

About one year ago we met Michelle Schipper presenting a property at 51 Limcombe in Thornhill. It was a chance meeting as we were driving by admiring this property that had just been listed by Michelle. Michelle noticed us and came up to the car to introduce herself. We had a brief conversation about our interest in properties in the Thornhill area and she arranged to have us see the property on Limcombe. While we were not yet ready to make an offer on this property, we continued to work with Michelle over the next year.

This property had everything we were looking for and Michelle went to work concluding the arrangements. It was a complex deal as Michelle had to work with another agent at your office to find a property for the vendor to buy as well. It all came together quickly and the deal was concluded to everyone's satisfaction.

Michelle also had our existing property to sell at 21 Livingstone in Thornhill. She networked with Ellie Parker of your office who had a buyer interested in our area. Together they made arrangements to put us together with the buyer and our property was sold at 100% of our asking price in one day. I understand that the buyer felt that they received great value for the dollars they offered for the property and certainnly we were very happy with the outcome.

I'm writing this letter to express my sincere appreciation and admiration for Mechelle Noik-Schipper, an outstanding Associate Broker.

My fiance, Steven Clayton and I requested to find a suitable home for us. We gave her the criteria and the price range and within two days, and with only seeing two homes, Michelle found us a new home at 217 Roslin Ave. She negotiated on our behalf and we were thrilled to learn that the builder had agreed to all of our terms and conditions. The house is absolutely perfect!

Once we had purchased the house I asked Michelle to sell my condo at 168 King Street East. Michelle quickly organized all of the details and had the listing complete in record time. Understanding that the condo market is a little soft at the moment, and that there are lots of condos for sale, I was not expecting a quick or easy sale. However, Michelle was very encouraging without being unrealistic, and stayed in touch constantly from the time I listed to the time I sold- all of three weeks! Not only did the condo sell in record time but it sold for exaclty the amount that I had agreed to!

To add to it all I left town for the weekend and forgot to let Michelle know. When the offer came in she had to spend considerable time and effort in trying to locate me. When she finally found me in New York State, she arranged immediately to fax me the offer and to take me through it. I took her very sound advice on what to sign and the condo sold immediately thereafter.

I am very, very pleased with Michelle's professionalism and prompt service, as well as her knowlege of the market and her ability to respond quickly. I am going to recommend Michelle to my friends and colleagues at the OSC. I hope you are proud of her! She is truly an asset to your company!
